DEPARTMENT OF ORGANISATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES
This Department is responsible for the proper organisation and functioning of the Office on all levels, starting with maintenance of the Board of the Wielkopolska Region’s meetings, to the preparation and implementation of new working methods of Human Resources’ management for the Office. To ensure successful implementation of its tasks, the Department prepares, among others, proposals for the Wielkopolska Region Statute and the Office Organisational Regulations updates; it also approves and stores the work regulations of different Departments, collects regional self-government institutions’ statutes and work regulations. It runs the register of the Marshal’s dispositions and the Board of the Wielkopolska Region resolutions. Moreover, it is responsible for collecting and analysing complaints and proposals submitted by the Office clients and it also prepares answers for the proposals on making some information public.
The Department of Organisation and Human Resources is also responsible for preparing authorisation projects in the name of the Marshal and the Board. Apart from that, it cooperates with the NGO’s, for example it prepares projects on permitting the public collections in the Region.
The Department performs a number of human resources tasks. The most important of these are supervision of personal and salary acts archiving in the Office, and in the commercial economic subjects working in the Region. Further more, the Department coordinates all issues on the working conditions of the office workers and supervisors of the self-government institutions subordinated to the Office.
